Steps to resolve errors when generating your photo book preview

Experiencing issues while requesting your photo book preview in PYM? No worries! Often, this is caused by corrupted or incompatible photos on your device. Let’s walk through some simple steps to resolve the problem. By following these instructions, you’ll be back to enjoying your memories in no time.

Steps to Fix Preview Issues

  1. Check for Corrupted Photos:

    • Navigate to the Explore menu at the bottom of the app.

    • Open your Photo Roll.

    • Look for photos with a gray icon or cloud symbol.

    • Action: Delete these photos from your device.

If the above does not resolve your issue you can try a fresh install op PYM.

  1. Perform a Full App Reset:

    • Log Out:

      • Go to Menu > Settings > Privacy > Log Out.

    • Remove the App:

      • Uninstall the PYM app from your device (Don’t worry, your photos are safely stored and won’t be lost).

    • Restart Your Device:

      • Give your phone a fresh start by rebooting it.

    • Reinstall PYM:

      • Download the latest version of PYM from the App Store.

    • Log Back In:

      • Use your PYM account to log in again. Make sure you use the correct account (Phone, Apple or Google login)

    • Ensure your device is connected to a stable Wi-Fi network. This ensures all photos reload properly during the app reset.
