You can delete your account for pym. Daily Photo Journal App at any time, in the app or by email if you no longer have it installed. pym. is made by PicYourMoment B.V. When your account is deleted, your photos, captions, albums, and profile details are permanently removed from our servers.
Delete your account in the app
Open pym. and tap Settings.
Scroll down to the Account section.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm your choice.
Your account is now scheduled for deletion and you receive a confirmation email. After 30 days, your account and all data linked to it are permanently deleted.
Delete your account without the app
You don't need to reinstall pym. to delete your account. Send an email to [email protected] from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm your request and schedule the deletion, usually the same day.
What gets deleted
All your photos and captions
Your albums, including your part of shared albums
Your profile details, such as your name, email address, and phone number
Your settings and notification preferences
The only exception: records we are legally required to keep, such as invoices for photo book orders.
Changed your mind?
Deletion happens 30 days after your request, so there is room to reconsider. Email [email protected] within those 30 days and we cancel the deletion. After 30 days it is permanent, with no way to recover your photos or account.
