Curious about what PYM has to offer before committing to a subscription? |
Our Free Trial Period allows you to explore all the premium features of PYM without any immediate charges. Here’s everything you need to know about how the free trial works and what to expect.
What is the Free Trial Period?
A free trial lets you try all premium features of the app for a limited period without paying upfront. During the trial, you have full access so you can decide if the subscription is right for you.
Do I need to pay to start a free trial?
No, you are not charged when the trial starts.
However, Apple requires a valid payment method to activate the trial.
Why does Apple ask for my payment details?
Apple uses your payment method to automatically start the subscription after the trial ends. This is standard for all App Store subscriptions and is handled entirely by Apple, not by us.
When will I be charged?
You will only be charged after the free trial ends, on the day it converts into a paid subscription. The App Store clearly shows:
The trial length
The date billing will start
The subscription price
What happens if I do nothing?
If you do not cancel before the trial ends:
The free trial automatically converts into a paid subscription
The first payment is charged immediately
The subscription then renews according to the selected plan (monthly or yearly)
How do I cancel the free trial?
You can cancel at any time through your Apple account:
Open Settings on your iPhone
Tap your Apple ID
Tap Subscriptions
Select this app
Tap Cancel Subscription
If you cancel, you will still have access until the trial period ends.
Who handles payments and refunds?
All payments, trials, and refunds are handled by Apple. We do not have access to your payment information and cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.
I was charged and didn’t expect it. What should I do?
This usually means the trial ended before cancellation. You can:
Check your subscription status in your Apple ID settings
Request a refund directly from Apple if applicable
We recommend setting a reminder before your trial ends so you stay in control.
