Need to show us what’s happening in the app? Here’s how you can record your screen and share it with us.
For iPhone/iPad (iOS 13 and later)
Open Settings > Control Center > Add "Screen Recording"
Swipe down from the top-right corner (Face ID) or swipe up from the bottom (Home button) to open Control Center.
Tap the record button (●). After 3 seconds, your screen will start recording.
Recreate the issue in the PYM app.
Tap the red status bar at the top and tap Stop to end the recording.
The video is saved to your Photos app. You can then share it with us.
For Android (Version 11 and up)
Swipe down from the top of the screen twice to access Quick Settings.
Look for “Screen Record”. If not visible, tap the pencil icon to add it.
Tap “Screen Record”, enable audio if needed, and tap Start.
Recreate the issue in the PYM app.
Swipe down and tap Stop to end the recording.
The recording is saved in your Gallery or Photos app.
