How Do I Get a Refund for My PYM Subscription?

Refund Eligibility

Refunds for PYM subscriptions are handled through the platform where you made the purchase (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Each platform has its own policies and procedures for processing refunds. Here’s how you can request a refund based on where you purchased your subscription:

For Apple App Store Purchases:

  1. Visit Apple’s Report a Problem Page: Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.

  2. Sign In with Your Apple ID:
    Use the Apple ID you used to purchase the PYM subscription.

  3. Find Your Subscription:
    Locate the PYM subscription in the list of recent purchases.

  4. Request a Refund:
    Click on “Report a Problem” next to the PYM subscription and select “I’d like to request a refund.” Follow the prompts to submit your request.

Refund Approval: Refunds are subject to approval by Apple and their decisions are based on their own refund policies.
