What to Do When Your Subscription or Credits Aren't Showing Up

Oops! Subscribed to PYM Plus or bought some shiny new PYM credits, but they're not showing up in your account? Don’t panic! Sometimes, a quick restart is all it takes to get things back on track. For our iOS users, here's a handy guide to help you refresh your app and get those subscriptions or credits where they belong. (Sorry, Android users—we’ll have you covered once in-app purchases are available on your platform!)


Steps to Resolve the Issue:

Close the PYM App Completely:

  • Double-tap the home button or swipe up from the bottom (depending on your iPhone model) to view all your open apps.

  • Find the PYM app and swipe it up to close it.

Force Stop the App:

  • Go to Settings: Open your iPhone's settings app.

  • Select 'General': Scroll down and tap on ‘General’.

  • Tap on 'iPhone Storage': Scroll down to find and select 'iPhone Storage'.

  • Find the PYM App: Scroll until you see the PYM app, then tap on it.

  • Force Stop: Tap 'Offload App' and confirm. This clears out any temporary issues without deleting your data.


Restart the PYM App:

  • Go back to your home screen and tap on the PYM app icon to reopen it.

  • Your subscription or PYM credits should now reflect correctly in your account. 🎉
